Where do you deliver?
Klang Valley:
We use Grab Express or Lalamove service.
Outstation:
Currently we are sending our orders within West Malaysia by Lineclear (FreshBox)
*Please make sure to put your post code correctly in shipping address as it will determine your area.
How long does it take for delivery?
Klang Valley: 1-2days, depends on stock avialable.
Outstation:
Your order will be delivered via Lineclear(FreshBox) in batches. Order before 8pm, will send parcel on the next day (Town area). Generally it will take 1-2 working days to reach your place depending on your area and also courier service company.

Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season etc).
Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?
All deliveries will be done by the courier company delivery in batches, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery.
However, you can check your shipment status using the tracking information provided via email once your order is fulfilled.
How much is the delivery fee?
Klang Valley: *below 10kg, over 10kg will get a notice form our customer service, to top up delivery charges.

6-10km RM10
11-15km RM15
16-20km RM20
21-25km RM25
26-30km RM30
Outstation:
We ship using ice box and ice packs. We offer an affordable rate RM10-RM20 for all shipping.
Charges including 1 ice box, fews icepacket, 1 layer of Thermal Disposable Cooler Bag
How can I check the shipment status?
You will receive the tracking information via email / SMS once your order is fulfilled. You can use the information given to track your shipment.
Do you provide self pickup service?
No
Can I arrange for my own delivery?
Yes.
The item was damaged during shipment, can you replace it?
We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment.
